⭐️ Figure out what they need and want from you, and others, so they can feel seen and heard.
⭐️ Learn to hear and understand this voice while building a compassionate relationship with this part that supports your growth today.

I’m
Brinn!
My journey with Parts Work started 15 years ago when I was a lost and in pain both mentally and physically.
I was just beginning to realize the impacts of my childhood trauma and that's when I was introduced to Parts Work at the Authentic Leadership Center.
I started understanding and connecting with these different parts of myself and soon, I became obsessed! Five years later, I started coaching and five years after that, became a licensed therapist.
So, whether you're a clinician yourself or simply looking for support, my goal is for you to understand the parts of your own self so you can go live the life you want, not the life that was handed to you.
So, please, join me over the next few months as we explore Parts Work together!
